Michael Lash


Founder and President
Starting the business with only $100 and learning over the years that your personal business grows when you help others he quickly began reaching out to those in need and began growing and doubling businesses. He recognized the value in building meaningful relationships with his clients and thus it allowed for growth on all fronts. Mike’s goal was and continues to be to turn no one away and make any budget work. Mike started in radio and T.V back in the late 80’s as an account executive for KOSI Radio and Channel 17 in Columbus, Ohio. Mike had a hands-on experience and learned that all medias are very negotiable. Clients over the years have experienced much success through Mike’s media buys because he oversees each buy personally. One thing lead to another and he soon learned the ins and outs of the print world and became an expert in direct mail and print media. He has created and mailed millions of pieces and is considered a “sage” in the printing and direct mail industry. Over the past five years Mike has concentrated many of his efforts on Internet advertising along with planning and preparing marketing plans for hundreds of businesses. He has built his agency on one account at a time, no matter the size or dollars spent.



Steve Shader
Art Director
Steve Schader has worked in the field of visual communication since 1986 and is experienced in art direction, design, and illustration. Working as a freelance artist in Denver since 1995, he has created images for Coors, Zima, Hawaiian Punch, Bolle, and Hills Science Diet Pet Food for a local company, and The Integer Group. Other clients have included Mile High Harley-Davidson, Celestial Seasonings, Oswego Creative, High Country Harley-Davidson, The Printing & Imaging Association Mountain States, and the Rocky Mountain Direct Marketing Association. Prior to moving to Denver, Steve worked for 10 years in St. Louis, Missouri for design studios and promotional agencies art directing, designing, illustrating and creating comps for companies including Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, Ralston Purina, and Motorola. For two years after moving to Denver, Steve headed up the art department for a printing and marketing company working with clients such as The John Elway Dealerships, Domino’s Pizza, and the Domino’s Franchisee Association. Recently, Steve has won awards locally and nationally and has had design and illustration featured in magazines including: Step By Step Electronic Design, Print, and Graphic Design, USA. Steve’s creative philosophy is very simple: produce visually exciting images without losing sight of what the client’s wants and needs are. In early 2007 Steve began working on freelance projects with Denver Advertising. He quickly showed that his talent was far too great to have on a per-project basis and was brought on bored full-time to be the agency’s art director.



Heather Lutze:
Internet Marketing Director
Heather is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer and consultant in search engine placement, Pay Per Click (PPC), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and social media. Yahoo! Search Marketing trusted her to train their advertisers for more than two years, and she is currently a lead presenter at the Pay Per Click Summit nationwide. Heather is a sought after consultant who has owned the Findability Group (formerly Lutze Consulting) for the past ten years. Prior to forming the Findability Group, Heather had her own web design company. In fact, it was her clients’ frustration about getting traffic to their sites that was her inspiration for learning and mastering the art and science of search engine visibility. Before starting her web design firm, Heather’s notable internet experience included executing a two million dollar internet marketing strategy for a major dot com, developing and architecting a $200K online Amazon.com promotion, and consolidating a $20K click budget for seven major CPC campaigns into one centralized report tool. Her employment background includes positions with U.S. West, Borg-Warner and TEK Consulting.




Joshua Harrison
Web Coding and Programmer
Hailing from the great state of Texas Joshua began his career while still attending college. He quickly moved up the ranks in the Technology Support Department at Texas Tech to become a Design Team Coordinator. He soon graduated from his role at the college and joined RC&P advertising agency in Lubbock, TX. While in his role at RC&P his skills in website programming and various web-based languages grew exponentially. Joshua quickly became proficient in seven different web languages and his comprehension continues to grow as the web develops. He is compliant with WC3 standards and regulations and his currently working in HTML 5.
